Delivery

Delivery is made at time intervals, not at the exact time. For example, from 8:00 to 11:00 or from 13:00 to 15:00, etc.

Couriers do not deliver during the air raid. When an air raid is declared, the delivery time will be shifted and agreed with the recipient.

The cost of delivery paid by the client includes delivery to one address. Re-delivery or delivery to another address will be charged extra.

When placing an order with delivery "today for today", usually delivery can be completed no faster than 3-4 hours (unless another time was agreed before placing the order).

Delivery of an order that does not include flower products or a gift basket (soft toy, cake, balls, etc.) - 300 UAH. Such delivery is not possible in all cities - check the possibility of delivery before placing an order.
